Support that knows what lane it’s in.

Clinical psychotherapy, practical coaching, reflective supervision, and careful wellness education—each clearly defined, all grounded in the whole person.

02

Structured support

Coaching

Less clinical and more strategy-focused, coaching uses structured planning around presenting goals, concerns, and stressors. It can support executive functioning, ADHD-related planning, lifestyle goals, values alignment, and plant-based or vegan lifestyle changes.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, does not treat mental health diagnoses, and is not a substitute for clinical or medical care.

03

For clinicians

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is available for NY LMSWs. It offers space for reflection, skill-building, clinical thinking, ethical questions, and professional growth.

Packages, pricing, and frequency will be shared when confirmed.

04

Education & consultation

Nutritional Mental Health Consulting

Educational and consultative support for exploring nutrition and mental well-being, plant-based lifestyle, food habits, lifestyle factors, and wellness routines.

Nutrition does not replace medication, psychotherapy, or medical care. A vegan diet is not presented as a treatment for ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, or any other diagnosis.

Frequently asked questions

Good questions deserve clear answers.

What is the difference between psychotherapy and coaching?

Psychotherapy is clinical mental health treatment provided by a licensed professional. Coaching is non-clinical, structured support for planning, goals, executive functioning, and life changes. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.

Who can benefit from your services?

Caitlin works with adults navigating concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, trauma responses, mood and emotional well-being, executive functioning, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. You do not need to be neurodivergent, vegan, or plant-based to feel welcome here.

How long does therapy take?

There is no universal timeline. Therapy is shaped by your needs, goals, history, pace, and circumstances. A consultation is a place to talk about what support could look like without promising a particular outcome.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance may be accepted depending on your plan. Because network participation and benefits can change, use the insurance verification link to confirm your current coverage.

How is ADHD diagnosed?

ADHD is diagnosed by a qualified professional through a comprehensive evaluation, not a single online quiz. The process may include developmental and medical history, interviews, rating scales, and consideration of other explanations for symptoms.

Can certain foods impact mental health?

Nutrition can be part of a broader conversation about energy, routines, and well-being. Food does not cure mental illness, and nutrition support does not replace psychotherapy, medication, or medical care.

What types of referrals do you provide?

When another kind of support may be appropriate, Caitlin can discuss referral options with you. The right referral depends on your needs, location, coverage, and the availability of qualified providers.

Resource library

Read, learn, return when useful.

A short, considered library from recognized organizations. These resources are educational and are not a diagnosis or a substitute for care.
