Clinical experience

Care that stays curious.

Caitlin has experience working with clients presenting with PTSD, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, bereavement, OCD, and phobias. These experiences do not define every client—or every session.

The therapeutic process is unique to each person. Caitlin’s role is to facilitate and support healing, growth, and empowerment through increased self-awareness and acceptance.

01

Lived experience

Caitlin identifies as neurodivergent and has personal experience with ADHD. That lived perspective can make room for nuance, humor, and the reality that insight does not always make executive functioning easy.

Her experience informs empathy—it is not proof that one treatment works for everyone.

Plant-based perspective

Active in the vegan community, Caitlin understands that food choices can connect to identity, ethics, community, and everyday logistics.

She can offer coaching and guidance for people exploring or transitioning toward plant-based living, with the focus kept on lifestyle, values, and well-being.

Creative life

Outside the therapy room, Caitlin makes room for painting, mixed media, art exhibitions, travel, food, weightlifting, the beach, her dog, and slow mornings.

Creativity is part of how she understands curiosity, change, and being human—not a performance requirement.
